1

Do you already have your FlowPure filter?

Let us know so we can tailor the next steps for you.

2

Could you share your order number?

You can find this in your order confirmation email. Numbers only.

3

What's your email address?

We'll only use this to send you your adapter recommendation.

4

Which type of tap do you have?

Select the style that looks most like yours.

5

Do you know your tap brand or model?

This can help us narrow down the right adapter. Check the base of the tap or any documentation you have.

5

Please upload a photo of your entire tap

This helps us identify your tap type. Try to capture the full spout and tip.

6

Can you unscrew the aerator from your tap?

The aerator is the small mesh piece at the very tip of your tap. Try twisting the end of the spout anti-clockwise.

How to remove aerator from tap
7

Try these removal tips

Give these a go, then let us know how it went.

  1. Wrap a rubber band around the aerator for a better grip
  2. Use pliers wrapped in cloth to avoid scratching the finish
  3. Run hot water over it for 30 seconds to loosen mineral build-up
  4. Try a flat-head screwdriver in the aerator slots for leverage
8

What does your aerator look like?

Now that it's removed, which of these best matches?

9

Have you already tried an adapter that didn't fit?

If you've tried one before, knowing which one helps us avoid recommending the same.

9

Does your tap have a visible thread (screw part) at the tip?

Unscrew the aerator (the small cap at the end of your tap) and check if the thread is on the outside or inside.

What is the external diameter of your aerator?

Measure across the widest part of the threaded tip using a ruler or tape measure.

What is the internal diameter of your tap opening?

Measure across the inside of the spout opening where the aerator sits.

11

Does your aerator have fine or wide threading?

Look at the screw threads — are the grooves close together (fine) or spaced further apart (wide)?

12

Upload photos of your aerator

Please upload 2–3 photos from different angles if possible. Place a coin (1p = 20mm, 2p = 26mm) or ruler next to the aerator so we can gauge the size.

What we need: A top-down view, a side view showing the threads, and a close-up with a measuring tool next to it. Even just one clear photo helps!
