We’re a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand creating beautifully designed filtration products that people actually want in their homes.
We’re not here to follow the marketing playbook — we’re here to rewrite it. And we’re looking for a creative, agile, and results-driven Marketing Executive to help us do just that.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Flowpure shows up in the world. Experience with both online and offline marketing strategies
Confidence using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, etc.
A creative thinker with a strategic mindset
Great communication skills and an eye for aesthetics
Self-starter attitude — comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Bonus points if you’ve worked in consumer goods, wellness, or sustainability
Why Flowpure?
Work with a small, ambitious team building something that matters
Flexibility to work from our London base or remotely
Opportunity to help shape the voice and future of a growing brand
A culture that values initiative, creativity, and a bit of good humour

Key responsibilities include:

2+ years managing paid social campaigns with clear performance KPIs
Strong experience across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and ideally Pinterest or YouTube
Confidence working with creatives: you know what good scroll-stopping content looks like
Analytical mindset — you love diving into data and making decisions that move the needle
Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage budgets efficiently
Understanding of customer journeys, retargeting, and funnel optimisation
A test-and-learn mindset — curious, agile, and always iterating
Bonus points for eCommerce or DTC brand experience

Customer Services
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type: Full-time
About Flowpure
At Flowpure, we design smarter, more sustainable ways to enjoy clean water — and we believe great customer experience is just as important as great product design. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and proactive Customer Experience & Support Specialist to help us keep it that way.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and inbox) of Flowpure — helping customers with questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction reflects our values: helpfulness, clarity, and care.
You’ll handle a mix of day-to-day queries, returns, and product-related questions, while also working behind the scenes to improve how we support our customers as we grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social channels
Troubleshooting order issues, delivery questions, and product concerns
Processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims smoothly
Maintaining a helpful, friendly, and consistent brand tone across all interactions
Collaborating with ops, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Spotting patterns in queries and feeding insights back to improve products or comms
Helping document FAQs, internal guides, and support workflows
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in a customer service or customer experience role
Exceptional written communication — clear, warm, and professional
Empathy and patience: you genuinely enjoy helping people
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask with care
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms
A proactive mindset — if something can be improved, you speak up
Bonus points if you’ve worked in DTC, eCommerce, or a startup environment
Why Work With Flowpure?
100% remote role with flexible working hours (within UK time zone)
Be part of a kind, close-knit, and fast-growing team
Purpose-led brand that values design, sustainability, and good service
Opportunity to shape how we support our customers as we scale
Like the sound of it?
We’d love to hear from you. Tell us why you’re a great fit and include a few lines about how you handle tricky customer situations — we’re big on people, not scripts.
