FlowPure Return & Refund Policy

At FlowPure, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure peace of mind.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, simply email us at hello@flowpure.co.uk with your name and order number, and we’ll provide a return label. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase.


Return & Refund Details

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Refund Amount: Full product price, minus the return shipping label fee and a £3.50 restocking fee (unless tap fit guarantee is claimed)
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • If it does nto fit your tap, you will be given a full refund without any charges

Refund Processing Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Exceptions & Additional Guidelines

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.
  • Used & Opened Filter Cartridges: To ensure product quality, used cartridges cannot be returned.
  • Incomplete Returns: Returns missing parts or pieces may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Damage from Misuse: Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations may void eligibility for warranty replacements.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees to the UK. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Non-Returnable Orders:
Orders that have been reshipped, resent, replaced, or partially refunded are ineligible for return, and the original return window will be void. For orders marked as delivered, a reshipment fee may apply.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the EU, a 14-day cooling-off period allows you to return products for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Additional Information

  • Shipping Damages: Contact us within 14 days for assistance with shipping-related damage.
  • Care Recommendations: Maintain water temperatures below 40°C and keep water pressure under 40 psi for optimal performance.

Refund Approval & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Subscription Refund Policy

When you subscribe to our products, your orders are processed automatically based on your chosen schedule. Please note the following policies regarding subscription cancellations and order management:

  • Cancellation Timing: If you cancel your subscription after an order has already been processed, the cancellation will only apply to future orders. The processed order will still be shipped as scheduled.

  • Order Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
