I bought the Flowpure water filter after seeing it on Instagram. The delivery took morethan 4 weeks, but the customer service was excellent. They always replied quickly, kept me updated, and even gave me a 10% discount because of the delay.
The filter was very easy to install. It comes with different tap adapters, so it fits most taps. The box also included two filter cartridges.
I wanted to use the filter for a while before writing this review. After using it, I can clearly see the difference. The old filter turned brown, which shows how much it filtered from our water. The water has a lot of chlorine. Since using Flowpure, the chlorine is much less. Before, I had to clean my kettle every 3–4 days because of chlorine build-up. Now, it stays much cleaner.
I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it. It is especially useful for families with babies or young children. Thank you, Flowpure, for making such a great product!
My 2 filters behaved differently.
The first filled up and stayed filled.
The second filter emptied when turned off.
Did not get a satisfactory answer on enquiring why from customer services.
Also took reading with a TDS meter and the reading was still the same as the ‘tap ‘ water, so to me it was not making any difference. Again not a satisfactory answer given. Disappointed.
I had been scrolling through social media.Facebook 2yrs ago and I came across this filter.
I thought well I need to try it because I cannot hook my Kangen machine up to the tap etc.
I instantly tasted the difference from the water,I'm living in a new built area and my goodness the water is not a nice colour at all.
I ended up purchasing another one so I have one and my daughters and grandchildren have one.
I want to purchase another for my son's.
This has been really helpful for my health.
I’m over a year using flowpure tap filter and I can’t fault them. The water is so fresh and clear. It was so easy to fit and it’s very cost effective.
Only one thing can get a bit splashy when filling a water bottle.
I just might look at some of their other products soon

I love my Pureflow water filter. It makes the water taste clean and fresh. It is cheaper than buying filters for Britta jugs (which I used for years before finding Pureflow). It even attaches to my laundry sink tap which is very uncommon. I even bought one for my mother and now she loves it too!
Wow!. Couldn't believe the difference is taste and look to our water.
My children always complained that they could see bits in the water and that they wouldn't drink it because of the taste.
I brought this,not really expecting alot but thought it was worth giving it a go due to the ease of instalation.
I have been blown away at the difference to our water.

I previously had the other water filter model before upgrading to the stainless steel model. Both are equally good and does the same work. I find the stainless steel model more fashionable. This water filter is revolutionary, you can actually taste the difference in the water. I’m thinking of purchasing the shower attachment filter soon.
I love my new filter. I can now enjoy drinking tap water without tasting chlorine. It was easy to fit and looks good.
I also like the feature of being able to turn the filter on and off e.g no need to use filter water when using hot water to wash up.

The flowpure filter is a lifesaver. It saves on bulky filters which take up fridge space and is also instant. Highly satisfying watching the colour of the filters change knowing that this isn’t going into your body. Flowpure also have a refreshingly good customer service that reply promptly and also go above and beyond to help. I had a couple of questions and queries which Lucy was able to assist with, she was very efficient in her responses and incredibly helpful. A great company with fantastic customer service!
Waited over a week for the tap, but very easy to fit, we didn’t need to change any of the attachments just used as it came. No chlorine smell, daughter prefers the taste. However I’m not sure how effective it is at improving hard water as our see through kettle which I descaled upon attaching the flowpure tap, has already started to show signs of scale buildup. We were previous using a Phox water jug with softener filter which worked better. Let’s hope the health benefits are accurate as there’s no way of measuring that immediately! I do prefer not having to wait for the water to filter into a jug though 😊
Worked really well! We purchased 3 months ago and the taste is good and this is the photo of our filter 3 months after. We had been less sick this winter compare to previous winters since after purchasing this water filter. No regrets and grateful for this product ! Thank you!
The pictures clearly show that the quality of our tap water is very poor. We have to replace the filter once a month. With FlowPure, we get clean tap water which is an important benefit for us and our dogs

I have been using the filter for past few days, it is very easy to fix to the tap . And hassel clean filter water with the no nasty taste or any chlorine smell. Just pure clean water .
Works in any property, including in social housing and rented accommodation! Just remember to keep the old aerator upon installing, so you can re-install the old aerator when you move out or something!
I love the filter, easy to fit and honestly does make the water taste better.
Only thing I would change is there is only a spray option, like a shower head. It's difficult to fill a bottle. But other than that I love it.
Our whole house usually runs off rainwater, but because of the drought we are currently experiencing we've had to turn to mains water which is barely drinkable due to the taste of chlorine.
We immediately noticed the difference after installing the filter - which was sooo easy!
When we eventually get rain, we'll continue to use the filter as birds poop on our roof and we'd prefer not to drink that!
