At first I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews I felt like “why not!”. I loved every single detail about it and it is of high quality and well made, more than what I expected tbh. Clever to have dual settings, and better than having a jug. Had a leaking problem at first but the PRFE tape (included) fixed the issue, thanks to the quick assistance from the customer service. As a bonus, I got it in 40% sale plus extra free filter cartridge :D
It is amazing! My water has always needed filtering/standing or it tastes fowl - like chlorine (but apparently it's within "acceptable" standards). Fed up with jugs of water on the worktop, I bought one of these. Immediately there was water that I can drink out of the tap. Water that tastes wonderful in its non-taste! I am now a fan.
Yeepeee!!! Firstly, I have to express my feelings about the customer service, the response to my query in respect to missing extra filters bought with the product was absolutely amazing., infact two extra filter was received within 3 working days for compensation. Now about the filter, The filter works perfect fine, the water tastes soft and light compared to orinary tap water. Easy to set up even with new tap installed by myself. I hope children managed the filter switch well for longer period of time. I will recommend this product to friends and family 100%.
Super happy with the new device, easy to install
I use this product not only for clean drinking water but also to wash my face! and I've noticed a positive difference in my skin's texture and clarity due to the extraction of all the impurities, imagine washing your face daily with chlorine... I Highly reccomend to purchase this not just for drinking purposes!
Absolutely outstanding. I received it 2 weeks ago and I am still shcoked at the difference. It came with extra filters but it looks like I wont need to change the one I have it currently for a while. The quality of the filter is outstanding way better then i have had before.
Wow!. Couldn't believe the difference is taste and look to our water. My children always complained that they could see bits in the water and that they wouldn't drink it because of the taste. I brought this,not really expecting alot but thought it was worth giving it a go due to the ease of instalation. I have been blown away at the difference to our water. Didn't realise just how bad it was before. It's like drinking bottle water from our tap. We all love it.
I love my new filter. I can now enjoy drinking tap water without tasting chlorine. It was easy to fit and looks good. I also like the feature of being able to turn the filter on and off e.g no need to use filter water when using hot water to wash up. I would thoroughly recommend. Gail
These filters are great - we ditched the jug filter for one of these and it’s much more convenient and clearly filters out all the rubbish from our drinking water. Highly recommended!
It is the best I love it
The flowpure filter is a lifesaver. It saves on bulky filters which take up fridge space and is also instant. Highly satisfying watching the colour of the filters change knowing that this isn’t going into your body. Flowpure also have a refreshingly good customer service that reply promptly and also go above and beyond to help. I had a couple of questions and queries which Lucy was able to assist with, she was very efficient in her responses and incredibly helpful. A great company with fantastic customer service!
Waited over a week for the tap, but very easy to fit, we didn’t need to change any of the attachments just used as it came. No chlorine smell, daughter prefers the taste. However I’m not sure how effective it is at improving hard water as our see through kettle which I descaled upon attaching the flowpure tap, has already started to show signs of scale buildup. We were previous using a Phox water jug with softener filter which worked better. Let’s hope the health benefits are accurate as there’s no way of measuring that immediately! I do prefer not having to wait for the water to filter into a jug though 😊

I have been using the filter for past few days, it is very easy to fix to the tap . And hassel clean filter water with the no nasty taste or any chlorine smell. Just pure clean water .
Works in any property, including in social housing and rented accommodation! Just remember to keep the old aerator upon installing, so you can re-install the old aerator when you move out or something!
I love the filter, easy to fit and honestly does make the water taste better. Only thing I would change is there is only a spray option, like a shower head. It's difficult to fill a bottle. But other than that I love it.

Ordeing was easy and the unit arrived ahead of time. It was fitted fairly easily and we're now using it with no problem. It seems to be working well as I don't get that horrid scum when taking my tea with no milk. I removed one star only because the unit is a bit larger than I expected. However, overall, we are happy so far.

I have only just fitted the flowpure tap filter. Hopefully after around 3 months it shows the impurities it has collected I will give it 4 stars. The good thing about the fitting it took less than 10 minutes to fit. Me and my family are in agreement that the tap water tastes better

I was shocked to see the terrible sludge in my tap when I installed the filter. I’m incredibly grateful to have clean water now and the taste is unbelievable. Should have done this way sooner!!

All is good . The only thing is that's it's a little bulky because it gets in the way when washing up dishes.
