    Well done FlowPure

    Well done FlowPure, for sending us an excellent peice of kit, I'm talking about the water tap filter, it was so easy to fit we didn't have to change the adapter,and was impressed with the quality, we noticed immediately how fresh the water tasted with the first glass full,no chlorine or metal tastes, we have had the filter for two weeks and we had a look at the filter this morning can't believe how discoloured it is. Customer service was brilliant as well when I asked for the subscription to be cancelled they assured me it had,we were very happy with the delivery it did come in the time scale we were told, so thank you again we are drinking clean water

    As a returning customer

    As a returning customer, I initially purchased a filter that worked really well for about five months. Encouraged by that, I bought a second one with a refilling replacement feature, and I’ve been happy with it so far.

    The only downside I want to mention is about the digital display on the first filter. I paid extra for it because it was supposed to show the filter’s remaining lifespan by gradually going down or disappearing as the filter got dirty. However, that never happened. We had to rely on just looking at the filter to see when it was dirty and replace it manually. In the end, I feel that the digital display was a bit of a waste of money. Other than that, the filter itself works well!

    I’m really impressed with my Flow Pure…

    I’m really impressed with my Flow Pure sink water filter. It was easy to set up and I noticed a difference in the taste of the water straight away. The water tastes much fresher and cleaner, and I’m definitely drinking more water since getting it.

    I also love the convenience of having filtered water straight from the tap rather than constantly buying bottled water or filling up a separate filter jug. It looks neat on the sink and is really simple to use day to day.

    Really happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to improve your tap water.

    I thought it was made in uk

    I thought it was made in uk, so it does takes over a week to arrive, I have an unusual tap so the adapters did not fit, so I ChatGPT and got advice before I emailed them, excellent and super fast response. The new adapter was ordered free of charge and came within the week. All fitted easily. Works well, I cannot say much about taste too much as we have been using a brita filter and also had a water2 filter installed which is a pain to install and change. So very glad we have changed to pure flow and I like the fact you can change it back to unfiltered to wash dishes etc.

    The FlowPure has changed my families…

    The FlowPure has changed my families daily water intake 10 fold. My small children are now constantly drinking water knowing they are safe from all the nastys. We are saving money weekly by not buying plastic water bottles & reducing our impact on the environment. The stainless steel filter looks slick & fit perfectly on our older style tap first go! Easy to install & great customer service. I highly recommend this product!

    We received our filter

    We received our filter, we have used it for a week now I can't believe what a difference it has made to the water, it's just great to taste water without the peppery taste, chlorine smell, so glad we purchased this.
    Even customer service was brilliant, I asked not to prescribe to receive the filters because I ordered enough to last 18 months, when I get close to needing anymore I will order.
    So thank you Purefilter, oh by the way I love the well constructed stainless steel filter

    I made a complaint about a kitchen tap filter as it was leaking out of the initial dispenser. The customer service was amazing, they actually care not only about their reputation but us as the consumers to ensure we recieve the best quality water throught their system. They ensure i recieved a full replacement kit including new filters. The delivery was fast and met all expectations. I will recommend flowpure to anyone for their exceptional customer service and product.

    We have the 'hardest' water in our area

    We have the 'hardest' water in our area. My daughter, who was visiting had seen an advert for Flowpure and suggested we try it on our water system. Like so many 'so-called' filter systems which did little or nothing to purify our water supply I was skeptical. On receiving the Flowpure system I had difficulty in fitting it to our tap system but a simple contact with the suppliers resolved the fitting issue immediately. Having now had the Flowpure system for over four months I have NEVER had such clear/clean water and would recommend the Flowpure system to anyone experiencing water impurities in their supply.

    Satisfied after changing to Flowpure from another brand

    The quality and taste of water is better without a doubt. However, what I love the most about Flowpure is their quick response to customer requests and order processing time.

    I think the experience can be even better if there's a section in the first purchase where customers can take a survey/answer questions to select and include the adaptor that fits their tap so there is no need to go through an extra step and wait for another delivery. Also, rather than starting the delivery every 6 months, it would be best if the refills can arrive by the start of the next cycle.

    The original tap took ages to arrive…

    The original tap took ages to arrive but when fitted it worked fine for some weeks. I can't say I have noticed any difference in the taste of the water though. Then it started dripping from the filter outlet whenever I used the main tap. I contacted the firm who arranged a replacement to be sent after I had sent them a video of the problem. This also took ages to arrive so I contacted the company again and they assured me it would be sent. Received this new one about 7 days later. This seems to work fine at the moment. Again no notice in the taste of the water.

    This product is fantastic

    This product is fantastic! I have been wanting to switch from bottled water to a tap filter for a long time. The water tastes incredible, it is very easy to set up. The company also send different adaptors to fit the filter to your tap if you need them. It is by far one of my best purchases and the only thing I can say is I wish I purchased it sooner!

    Huge upgrade from filter jugs!

    Buying the FlowPure tap filter was one of the best decisions for our kitchen. The difference in taste was immediate—no more harsh chlorine smell or chemical aftertaste. Having fresh, filtered water straight from the tap is so much faster than waiting for a filter jug to drip through, and it frees up fridge space. Super happy with this purchase!

    The new stainless steel filter is…

    The new stainless steel filter is wonderful. The old one didn’t fit well, It sat too low in the sink. The new one sits high and the water flows well. We are in an area where the water is full of calcium and ruins the appliances such as kettle and coffee maker. Now we don’t use bottled water for those anymore. We are so happy with this filter.

    Quick responsive company - great product

    Very happy with flowpure unit and fresher taste without the water additives, installation bit tricky as connecting adaptions not compatible with our mixer tap unit.

    Contacted flowpure for advice and they responded quickly and sent adaption that fitted perfectly.

    Good to deal with a company thats well on top of their customer service game.

    An exemplary product and people! 7 🤩 stars

    The package arrived promptly, impressive for international shipping. The instructional video was exemplary, in the experience of this lifelong educator, and the filter and parts were of the highest quality, and very attractive.
    As if this were not enough, customer support was courteous, extremely prompt, and provided additional fittings at no charge.
    Finally, Flowpure donates 10 liters of pure water with every order!
    A pleasure doing business with them.

    Good product

    Initially, I got frustrated as they shipped a different product. But, customer service is good and understood my frustration. Product replacement shipped right away. No issue with installation; fit well in our kitchen faucet. Tasted the water and no taste at all. Seems the impurities have been removed!

    Actually noticable difference.

    I was and still am a skeptic, I was going to take advantage of the return but both my other half and I did multiple blind taste tests and every time were able to pick out the filtered water. Actual hardware quality is not bad, lots of spare attachments for various sink threads.

    Semi-related but I think in droughts the water companies rush the water purification process, causing the water to taste slightly more "chlorine-y" than normal which helped us with the taste tests we did which was during the drought.

    Lost 1 star because the extended delivery time, and obvious from-china tracking information (even though they try to hide this) made this a dropshipping experience, which usually means customer are getting marked up upto 200% which makes me feel like a schmuck. The fact that multiple "brands" have the exact same form factor, same filter cartridges, same attachment parts, even the same shaped "toggle" lever to go from tap to filtered, reinforces my thinking its just boring dropshipping.

    I have had difficulty via (E-mail) and looking on your website of finding some information as to how to put the swivel attachment on and whether the swivel attachment just allows ordinary tapwater to be swivel around the sink with it actually swivels the filtered water I think probably the former and the water does taste much better than a bit of water filter, but I don't think it's spring like it takes out the chlorine taste and I'm wondering for such a small filter that lasts so long how it can possibly take out all these contaminants I'd love to know the songs behind it thank you
    My previous filter they need to needed two separate chlorine filters and then they had two big long black ones. They were about 10 inches long each of them and the white ones were about 8 inches long and they lasted for three or four months only so I'm wondering how you managed to get all this technology into such a small space. It's very clever thank you.

    Easy to fit and works perfectly

    Just as easy to fit as it says in the advert. I took off my end screw thread on my mixer tap and screwed the unit in. No other adapters required. As required I ran the cold tap for five minutes and put the water on the garden. Works fine. The switch from filter to unfiltered is seamless. Taste, I compared with Evian and couldn't tell the difference. Tea and coffee taste so much better as well as water. Couldn't be more pleased.

    The filter was easy to fit. We have a separate tap for food prep and drinking. This is perfect as it filters all our consumed water and keeps our kettle clean and I have been able to do away with separate filters for our espresso machine. I love the clean taste

    Hard water, easy cure

    The product took a while to arrive. The filter container is slightly intrusive next to the tap but better than a large device taking up cupboard space under the sink. The whole thing came with a selection of components to fit various types of tap. The device was simple to install. I haven't used it long enough to comment on its efficacy. The water here (Chelmsford, England) is extremely high in calcium carbonate . However, I'm looking forward to clean-tasting water and the benefit to my dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker - and, consequently, my purse!

    I have had the water filter for 14 months now and I'm really happy that I went with Flowpure. I could taste an immediate difference with the water. I have and will continue to recommend.
    The waters ph is definitely the higher end
    I have had a very good service, although being in the U.K the items takes longer to arrive. It would be great if you had a warehouse over here.

    We did a glass test - one glass of no filter switched on, one glass of Flow Pure filtered water: the colour and clearness was so notably clearer in the filtered and the smell and taste was quite remarkable. Best purchase in a long time- we've noticed our house plants are healthier, dogs drinking more often, we dont buy bottled water any longer. A firm 5* purchase

    I've been using it for about a week now. The taste of the water is amazing and there's a sweetness to it.
    The installation was very straightforward and the quality and finish of the materials is impressive.
    I would recommend anyone to check with their water supplier to see the amount of chemicals that they see as acceptable.
    Everyone should have one of these.

    I bought something I saw in an publicidad. I orderd it, and exactly that's what I got. Within a few days. And the installation was so easy.
    And within 10 Minutes the water we have lost it's smell which is not so good. It came pure out of the griffo. And the taste
    was the next surprise. Just great.
    So I recommend this little help for clean and tasty water.

    Better quality drinking water

    We have been using the Flowpure filter in our Kitchen tap for almost 6 months. I can definitely say that it takes out lots of the limescale and that the quality of the water is better. I only give it a 4 stars instead of 5 as I would like to send the water to a laboratory to see the difference.

    The water is back to be able to drink it now I did bye bottled water but I keep the 2 litres bottles and refill them so I always use the filter down water in my kettle and drink it nice and cold from my fridge so I’m pleased I bought the pure flow tap adapter

    I bought my tap water filter last year, worked ok at first but approx 6 months later it started dripping both the filtertap and the faucet tap. I got in touch with customer services who asked for a video and then said they would send a replacement. Replacement has arrived and everything seems ok. Fingers crossed. I can't fault the customer service, they answered quickly, friendly and helpful. 😊

    Be prepared to grow old waiting for your filter

    Placed my order 24 days ago and stil have no idea when I will receive my order.
    They sent me an email asking how I was enjoying my filter, when I said what filter? They gave me a 10% refund. But I still don't have my order.

    16th April, I have now received my filter (not yet fitted) and FlowPure have issued a further refund and are sending me some free filter cartridges.

    They have responded well the my issued and I am happy with what they have offered. I will update further once I have fully tried out the unit.

    You can tell the taste is a lot better

    I like the fact that there is a difference in the taste of the water.
    What i dont like is that it came from china. But was told they are based in London. Hence it took close to two weeks to come.
    Its very well made and I will continue to use the water filter shame one filter last three months. But its cheaper than running a distiller with electric being so high.

    A little change for a healthy habit

    The shipment arrived in specified time frame and clean packaging. Received real-time updates of the shipment. The filter has been working great for over a year now and definitely feel the drinking water difference of the tap water before and after installing the filter. Easy to exchange to a filter as well and takes less than 2 minutes to do that.

    I am pleased with the cartridges, they are easy to attach and have made a noticeable difference to the taste of my water.
    I was however disappointed in the qulity of the outside canister, which developed rust-like spots over it within the first few weeks. I can clean them off but for that price was expecting better qulaity.

    Great product, the installation took a bit of fiddling but we made it work. What's irritating is that the water eventually seeps out of the plastic dome, so maybe it's not all quite as tight as it could be, but I'm being reassured the filter is still working. Definitely helps the timescale in the kettle from building up!

    What a difference in the taste and…

    What a difference in the taste and kettle sediment. I had to get a new kettle before having flowpure. Now after several weeks the kettle is like new.

    Delivery not too bad as it comes from China it's fairly easy to set up but the 360° aerator is very poor quality and overpriced so ended up using a different one.
    Water does taste better but after doing a water dip test there was very little difference in the result.
    Worth a try but don't expect a huge difference.

    Works well but?

    Works, a definite difference in taste. Only gripe is I required an adapter which 3 purchased from yourselves, when it arrived it came with washers. No explanation as to where they be fitted. I assumed there positioning but there is a constant leak between the tap and the filter when filtered water is selected. Maybe explain where the rubber washers fit enclosed with the item. Overall the filter works and looks nice fitted.

    I had some issues with installing it on an ikea tap but customer service was very helpful and quick to respond so we could resolve the problem, which made up for it. Stainless steel design looks good and sturdy. Happy to get rid of the big plastic filter jugs.

    Great filter, better tasting water

    I love this filter, it’s inconspicuous and provides better tasting water. I only gave it 4 stars due to how tight the switch has become extremely tight and I find it is getting difficult to change from filter to regular tap water.

    Working well so far, but of course the longer-term performance is what counts so too early to say.

    Helpful installation instructions and multiple adaptors were actually confusing in the end because none of the adaptors was needed for our faucet, the unit just fitted directly (after trying various adaptors).

    Initially it took a long time to come, but when I reported it, the company was kind enough to rectify it immediately and I received mine within a few days. Excellent customer service .

    Easy to install.

    Product arrived and as I have a universal tap fitting, it was easy to install and operate. Good compact design and being stainless steel, it blends into the kitchen decor nicely.
    My only gripe is that it continues to drip for a short time after turning off. My DIL has a different brand, which has a mesh in the outlet part, similar to most standard kitchen taps, and the dripping does not occur with that design.
    Otherwise, I’m happy.

    Poor delivery service - avoid if you want a quick solution

    I'm afraid that I have to give this company a 1 star. I ordered the filter system on 3rd September and it is now 5th October and I still haven't used it. The original order arrived on 17th September, the day we were going on holiday and so we weren't able to fit it. When we returned and tried to fit the system on 27th September, we realised that we needed an adapter for our tap. This was duly ordered on Monday 28th September, however a week later no adapter has arrived, despite the customer service saying that the order has been processed and the adapter should be with us soon. Having spent so much money and signed up to the subscription, you would think that customer service and speedy delivery would be a priority, but sadly not. In this day and age, when we expect things to arrive with next day delivery or at least within 5-7 working days, at the most, this service is poor. Unless you are prepared to wait for your item then I would recommend using another provider. I am hoping that this system will work but considering our experience so far, I'm not convinced.

    The “tap fit guarantee” is fake.
    The filter doesn’t fit our tap - even though I tried to look up before ordering what type of taps it fits (as I was buying a new tap so wanted to make sure I was buying the right one) and there was no guidance online apart from “it fits almost all taps”.
    I have tried to contact customer services multiple times to resolve the issue. Their responses have been slow and unprofessional every time.
    It took 4 weeks for a new adaptor to arrive and this still doesn’t fit our tap.
    They offered a 50% refund. They linked their refund policy, which isn’t in line with their website which states “in the rare case it doesn’t fit your tap you get a full refund”.

    Don’t let the reviews on their website and the videos fool you! This filter is extremely complicated to fit onto a tap that does not fit directly into the filter.
    Water is spraying out the side and it’s close to impossible to get help from the company. I’ve sent three or four follow-up emails requesting for phone support and I’ve got radio silence. The only option I have is to dispute the transaction through my credit card company. I would definitely recommend going with another filtration system that is more straightforward to set up and where there is better customer service support.

    I purchased the stainless steel filter unit and enjoyed using it at first but after a few short months it started leaking and then losening from the tap and quickly became unusuable as the thread had completely warn away. I requested a replacement unit but they refused and offered a "special 30% discount on our Stainless Steel unit if you’d like to upgrade. It’s a more durable option and a great long-term solution" missing the fact that the product I had was their 'durable' stainless steel filter. They still refused to replace it so I then requested a refund for the filter cartridges that were delivered as part of my subscription but they declined that too. I obviously won't spend anymore money on this company, they have been a massive disappointment. The product is not built to last and the customer service is appalling. Thankfully there are lots of other options out there. Goodbye FlowPure.

    The only reason i am doing this is because i ordered this item as i believed it was a UK based company which i wanted to support and they looked brilliant and trustworthy. It became faulty after only about 3-4months and they were great, they despatched a new tap filter. It seemed to take a while so i chased it up and they sent me the tracking and discovered it’s not actually manufactured here.

    *****Your order came from China. According to customer transit reports and FlowPure Trustpilot reviews, items are manufactured in and dispatched directly from facilities in China. They are flown into the UK before being handed over to your local courier.*****

    I believe in supporting your country and feel very let down. Wont be ordering any filter from them and will find a new water filter. :-(

    I am very disappointed with my experience with FlowPure. I placed an order for a water filter and, after more than two weeks, the item still had not arrived.

    I contacted customer service to find out what was happening, but responses took around 48 hours. When I did receive a response, I was repeatedly told there was a delay, without any clear explanation or useful information about when I could actually expect my order.

    The situation became concerning enough that I contacted my bank because I was worried that I might have fallen victim to a scam. I have since purchased the filter from another seller because I could not continue waiting.

    Overall, the lack of communication, the long delay and the fact that I never received the item have left me extremely disappointed. I would expect much better communication and customer service when an order is significantly delayed.

    After just under 6 months the unit started to leak from multiple areas.
    The unit would explode off the end of my tap every other day and ended up breaking.
    I followed all instructions and used the recommended fittings to attach to my tap.
    Customer service were rude and refused a refund. They eventually just told me they couldn’t not help and stopped responding.
    Edit: You failed to mention in your reply you offered me in writing a 60% refund, then stated you couldn’t process this.
    The unit is still under warranty and as I stated, it was faulty, didn’t secure to my tap as the instructions stated, And broke in multiple places, therefore I didn’t want a replacement to just do the same thing again.
    Poor customer service, rude in your responses and taking no responsibility for selling poor quality products.

    It does the job, but the overall build quality isn’t very sturdy. The first unit broke because it came off the sink pipe due to the water pressure. To their credit, they replaced it free of charge. However, after a few months, the switch handle on the replacement broke as well. I’m still using it, but I now have to manually insert a small stick to switch it to the filter mode. Also my order took forever to arrive too!

    Plastic not good, steel ok

    I like the steel one way more than the plastic. However the plastic one was leaking and there was always water staying in the plastic thing so I don‘t think this is very hygienic. When I put the filter tightly it didn‘t flow through and when I put it loosely I feel like it doesn‘t really filter. It‘s is also not possible to clean it inside. I‘m not sure how much it actually filters. The installation of both was super easy and the item has been sent to me quickly.

It is an endless automated loop where the representative, Lucy, explicitly insists she is a real person but completely glosses over every direct question and legal right put to her. You can type out detailed points about consumer rights, data privacy, and personal accessibility barriers, and she will simply respond with a pre-written customer service script that has nothing to do with what you just wrote.
    The return process itself is a complete farce built on total contradictions. When the filter arrived faulty and leaking, the system first tried to force an unwanted replacement on me. When I refused, they offered a 70% partial refund so I could keep a broken item and gift it to a friend. When I insisted on a full refund as per their guarantee, they sent a return label with a rigid 6-day deadline, completely ignoring the fact that a disabled customer cannot just rush to a post box on an arbitrary schedule. To make matters worse, their official instructions explicitly tell you to throw away used filters, but then threaten you with missing component fees in the very next sentence if you actually do what they asked.
    The final straw was receiving an email stating they absolutely could not offer more than a 70% refund, followed immediately in the exact same message by a copy-pasted company policy stating that if the product does not fit your tap, you will be given a full refund without any charges. My very first email stated it did not fit my tap. They do not read what you write, they do not read what they send, and they completely ignore formal GDPR data deletion requests. Do not waste your time trying to reason with this customer support loop. Save yourself the headache and go straight to your bank for a chargeback.

    Please don't bother purchasing if you need a quick fix to your safer drinking water problem. The product took nearly 2 weeks to arrive.

    Would have been happy to wait, however when it arrived, it didn't fit. You do need a special measuring tool which we didn't have (would have been nice to have a pre installation checklist) and then we would have to contact them with measurements and photos. We decided instead of waiting another 2 weeks, we requested to return the product and get a refund.

    They attempted to charge us a "restock fee" and made it quite tricky to get our money back.

    Overall, the subscription service is also quite pricey.

    I wrote the above (initially) 1 star review and customer service got in touch immediately offering a full refund. I will say, customer service have been excellent at communicating. Although the product has not worked out for us and I stand by my experience and feedback, customer service have been extremely apologetic and helpful. So for this reason, happy to give them 3 stars.

    False Advertising

    I'll give a quick break down of why this has been rated 1 star:

    1. Their products ship from China whilst they will tell you in their emails it comes from European facilities or the UK. Which is why it takes so long.

    Once shipped they'll give you a number that starts with YN. It's a tracking for Chinese exporters called YunTrack. If you paste tracking number on their website you can see exactly where its coming from. Though they try to mask it on their official tracking page which they send by email.

    2. Their NSF certificate is illegitimate. The place where they manufacture is NSF certified but this company (flowpure) does not actually have one it seems. It's false advertising and they have received a notice from NSF themselves which you can verify if you search it up.

    3. Ive reason to believe, and many have confirmed this, that their filters are generic filters which people are paying premium for.

    I found all this out quite late so of course I've received the product and tested it out. It's a decent product. I'm highly skeptical that it clears everything they mention on their website like (microplastics etc) since there isnt enough contact time with the filter. But. it does take the chlorine taste away so water does taste better.

    Also, contrary to some of the reviews here, their customer service has been good to me.

    (This is an updated review after receiving a free upgraded metal filter and a partial refund) wasn't happy originally with the plastic model that I purchased. After badly reviewing flow pure reached out to me and I must say the customer service is very good. The metal filter seems a lot better than the basic model. So if you're going to purchase one just go straight for that one. In my experience that version was also shipped very quickly and using royal mail. No week on end delivery times and comes from the UK. And seems superior with different filters to what comes with the plastic version. I still have yet to install the new one but looks promising. Thanks for making me not regret my purchase.

    We bought this water filter to replace Brita jug, but we haven't checked reviews on trustpilot or reddit beforehand. One user in Reddit measured before and after flowpure and there were no difference. Then we realised that they state the product has NSF certificate which is a lie. Plus, they do have terrible return policy which you need to send an email first and post the product with a printed return label in 6 days and we live in 2026.

    I bought this equipment based on good reviews, it's a lot of money, I bought a shower filter for half a year and a good water filter for my kitchen faucet. The use is convenient, the device looks great, but I didn't like the taste of the water right away because before that I used a regular filter with cartridges and the water was delicious, and this water is not tasty, it tastes like boiled water, but I watered well with the filter for half a year and thought maybe I'm just sensitive to the taste, but don't listen to me. This water is distilled after filtering, after which when I drank the water I started having heart palpitations due to a lack of potassium in the body, this water removed all the potassium from my body. and to top it all off, half of my flowers in my house died, which I watered with this water because I have plants that needed filtered water, so my plants withered from this water. And the shower is also terrible, it promises you beautiful skin and hair because of good water, but I only got dandruff, dry hair and dry skin. I do not recommend it, I changed these filters to others company filters and they work great, have a good taste and smell, unlike the filters of this company, maybe they will clean the water well if you live in a swamp or on a boat, but don't forget that after cleaning this water will need to be saturated with minerals, otherwise you will have serious health problems

    Be cautious: compatibility issues and difficult returns (Australia)

    I purchased a FlowPure tap filter and initially had a very frustrating experience.

    The main reason I felt comfortable ordering was because of the “Tap Fit Guarantee,” which promises a full refund if the product doesn’t fit your tap. Unfortunately, none of the provided adapters worked for me. I contacted customer support, shared photos, and followed all instructions over several weeks, including purchasing an additional adapter they recommended—but the filter remained unusable.

    The process was time-consuming and, at first, the solution offered was only a partial refund unless I paid for international return shipping, which is quite costly from Australia.

    That said, after continued back-and-forth, they did eventually issue me a full refund.

    While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, the experience itself was lengthy and frustrating. If you’re purchasing from Australia, it’s worth being mindful that compatibility and return logistics may not be as straightforward as the guarantee suggests.

    FlowPure flows poorly

    I've had a FlowPure "tap purifier" and filters for almost a year and a half now. At first it was great, much better pressure than my previous tap fitting and the water through the filter tastes slightly better. I know it doesn't do what they say it does, but it at least seems better than regular tap water.
    After a while it started to leak from several areas. It cannot be tightened and the leaking cannot be fixed without getting rid of this product in favour of a better one. Save your money and look elsewhere.
    Not to mention the filters being dodgy and leaking too, no idea how they're supposed to work. Any company that uses them, I would not trust. There's an expensive under the sink filter out there (not the most known one) that actually does remove contaminants, but all other brands are apparently exaggerating like nobody's business.

    I can't recommend this product to anyone... And am now wondering why I'm giving it two stars... Well, the water is a bit cleaner, probably, but the switch to turn it on and off came out the other day, so that was nice. It stopped properly working a couple of months in too, wouldn't ever fully click into the filter being on so water will always come out of the non filter part.
    It's a shoddy product and by no means worth the £85 I spent on it.

    I received an email to confirm that I did indeed buy their product and so I gave them that information, but they haven’t verified it yet.
    I just noticed that there are lots of bits in the water that are not present in the bathroom sink which has no filter, nor the shower, so I can only guess that the “filter” isn’t at all doing what it’s supposed to. I might start drinking bathroom water. Thanks Flow“pure”. Present whether the filter is switched on or off. I hurt my fingers to change it since the switch broke. If your water doesn’t need filtering, would recommend!

    I purchased the product online believing it was a local product, however I only discovered it was shipped from overseas when the adaptor did not fit Australian power points. This was not made clear at the time of purchase.
    After multiple follow-ups, they sent a replacement adaptor — unfortunately, it was still incorrect. When I raised this again, I was given two options:
    • Pay international return postage to the UK, or
    • Accept a 50% refund of the total purchase.
    As the correct adaptor is not available locally, I had no real choice but to accept the 50% refund. Despite that, I still ended up out of pocket with a product I cannot properly use.
    Overall, poor communication, unclear product information, and an unfair resolution. I would recommend clarifying product origin and compatibility very carefully before purchasing.

Finally got it fitted with the ugly jubilee clip supplied, sadly about once a week the whole thing falls off. Contacted customer service again who told me to buy a new tap as mine is an old style and may have corrosion, my tap is not a year old.
    I was offered a full refund or 50% refund to help buy a new tap! Whilst this obviously addressed my issue it didn't solve it. Disappointed that this product hasn't worked for me and my new tap as I was led to believe it worked with ANY tap.

    improved taste of filtered water and investigating seems filters are safe and do purify.

    however the fitting is not great, (for the tap water normal plastic filter) and I have asked to return it and purchase instead the stainless steel. FlowPure responded promptly with a proposal of a swap which wasn't completely clear and I wrote back for instructions: communication started well but petered out and I have yet to hear how to proceed t the swap.
    Overall the company would tick the Reliability criteria if they provided a working phone number for customer service. I do feel I have no recourse without dedicated phone number and the gap between answers to emails...

    Not as good as a ZeroWater system

    I have a ZeroWater filter system at home which has a 5 stage filter and it's great, but filters are expensive.
    I ordered the FlowPure filtering system in the hope it would reduce costs.
    Following installation instructions and activating the filter as instructed.. I tested the filtered water with a PPM meter and there was hardly any difference between non filtered tap water. In conclusion, it made no difference and didn't work, so it was returned.

    Overpriced and Leaky — Not Worth $117

    For $117, I can’t say I’m impressed. I installed the Flowpure water filter today, and despite following the instructions step by step and ensuring all the rubber inserts were in place, the unit still leaks. I even went out and bought a pair of water pump pliers from Bunnings just to get it installed, a tool that turned out to be essential. Without pliers (or something similar), you simply wouldn’t be able to fit this filter properly. It would have been helpful if the manufacturer had included a warning about that.

    Even after tightening the joints as much as possible, the leakage hasn’t improved. While I’m sure the filter reduces some contaminants in Sydney water, there’s no science-backed evidence provided to support its claims. At $117, it feels cheaply made for the price point, and I wouldn’t feel confident recommending it. I would have preferred to invest in a better-backed system, but like many people, spending $500+ on a high-end filter isn’t realistic in today’s economy.

It seems that in the instructions it mentioned an adapter but there wasn't one, I need to purchase this separately and already bought another shower hose but I need an adapter for it as it is hose to hose and I need an end that is the same as the shower screw more like an extender.

    This is something that really should be included in the purchase or offered at an additional fee.

    This really should have been addressed in the product design and testing but other than that the product, filtration and effects are great, it's a shame I can't give five stars for what should be a simple short 10cm extention hose to ensure clearance between the filter and the shower holder.

    I will continue to troubleshoot my own solution.

    Some issues

    Had to get a new tap to fit the filter as old ones didn't work with it.
    So once you find the right piece it all goes well, a bit of a nightmare fitting it without the wrench, ok once i used it. Its a little loose when positioned but having to add the filter part you need to tighten as much as possible. Flows like a rain shower. Cant tell the difference in taste of my water yet. Annoying that you dont have a direct flow of water, its more like a shower. I waste a lot more water trying to fill a water bottle up. Think im going to have to get a different one as this isnt really working for me. On a standard mixer tap as this purifier sits below the tap it also limits the height of items you can fill.

    Not cooperating for refund

    Ordered filter, took longer than stated to arrive, spoke with team on email about this and update was sufficient. Filter arrived and is not compatible with our style of tap, that is fine, will return and get a refund. Have had to email several times about a return label being created that needs to be sent to me??? (Assume it would just be emailed). Not as receptive on email now that I am trying to sort a return and refund and are consistently trying to avoid it feels like. Avoid - poor form to be 100% receptive on a shipment email but taking days to respond to a simple (and legal) request for a refund. Not worth the hassle, use something or someone else.

    Not sure if it is effective or not yet

    I’ve been using Flow Pure for a little while now, and honestly, I’m not sure how much of a difference it makes. I don’t feel any worse, but I also don’t feel noticeably better, so it’s hard to say if it’s really beneficial. One thing I do dislike is that it reduces the tap height, which makes it a bit harder to wash dishes in the sink since there’s less space underneath. Overall, it’s okay, but I’m still undecided on whether it’s worth keeping.

    My filter leaks. I did the process to install 5 times, but it still leaked after bring turned off.
    I wrote a review saying this and was contacted by this company me to send a video of the problem and I did.
    I was told another would be on its way.

    There were no instructions in the box. I wasn’t quite strong enough to connect it to the tap and lacked confidence to attach it. Luckily a friend of mine came around a and fitted it in seconds, so it is easy if you know how. I later found instructions in the delivery email but something in the box would have been useful.

    We purchased the flowpure water filter, but after finding little difference between the tastes of straight tap water and the flowpure filtered water, we ordered a water testing kit. Unfortunately the test revealed it did not filter out chlorine as it claims to, and delivered all the same results as tap water except in the alkalinity, which was somewhat greater than tap water.

    Same Product on AliExpress!

    Wish I had checked the reviews first. The exact same product can be bought from AliExpress for a fraction of the cost, minus the FlowPure branding.
    I purchased one and compared to be sure. It's exactly the same. All of the same components and parts, dimensions, everything.
    The price is being inflated around 5x for the same product with FlowPure branding.
    The reason I have given 2 stars is that it does make a noticeable difference to the water quality and smell.
    I feel a little ripped off, so hoping at least someone sees this and makes the more sensible purchase.

    The filter doesn't last for long

    The filter is easy to install, fit perfectly to my tap. I noticed quite a difference in the taste of the water but the filter was in optimal condition for about 3 weeks. After this the water tasted the same and the filter turned heavy brown. The filter lasted overall maybe 1,5 month and needs to be changed, no chance for 3 months. I don't know where are those conditions for it to last 3 months, I live in Romania, in city and the water is rigorously checked. I still use the filtered water for cooking, coffee and tea but I drink bottled water. I ordered a filter supply and we'll see but if the experience is the same I won't order anymore. For coffee and tea, the simple water filter jug would suffice and not as costly as this one. I wanted to switch from drinking bottled water but the filter simply won't last long enough to make a difference.

    The product is good and works as described. However, the delivery of replacement cartridges is very slow and not well communicated. I have waited a week so far for my recent order, and no updates from FlowPure, apart from this email asking for my opinion.     Lack of confidence in the company

    The device was alright, but I had a problem with the fit. I contacted customer services who responded quickly and said that they would send an adapter. I waited a few weeks and followed up, and they said that it was on its way. I followed up a third time (a month after they initially said that it was sent) and then they actually sent the adapter, with the tracking number showing that it's recently been dispatched from China. If it fits well on your tap and you don't need support, perhaps it would be decent.

    I have been using this for the last 3 months, and I am not 100% sure if it is working since my Brita filter normally gets rid of that chlorine smell and water tastes better. With this filter, it never changed that smell and taste the same. My friend also told me you can get the same filters and tap attachments through TEMU ! Was trying to find out where the product is manufactured and tested but no details on the website,it might help to know some results from your tests please. Is the plastic containing the filter BPA-free?

    Not that pleased with it...

    First of all, you're not told that you need an extra tool to remove part of your tap before fitting. Then, the instructions are hard to follow. Ended up on YouTube to see how to put it together. YouTube was super easy to follow. After completion, the water is super clear, but I still see tiny particles in the water and it tastes like chemicals, so I'm not a fan. Guess I'll still be buying bottled water...

    FANTASTIC! ... but needs improvement

    I really love my FLOWpure unit. It is fantastic. Small and simple. Beats all the other units I have used in the past. By far, my favorite. Easy cartridge change. Even got an unexpected plus... increased water presure! Improvement Suggestion: Make all attachment assessories metal. Twice now (since receipt of unit's first month) the attachment has loosen over time, and I have found that I have to be extremely mindful and delicate when switching from normal flow to filtered flow, as well as, any actual movement of the unit as a whole twisting on the fauset. Any slight movement of the unit will eventual loossen the initial small plastic attachment at faucet spout, causing water leakage and having to do a reinstall, All the while, praying the plastic screw-on coupler to the faucet is not thread damaged. Plastic theads will damage... they do not endure! If this continues... if I am not careful... it's a certainty that eventually it will be damage beyond repair. A huge flaw in design that product life-testing should have spotted. If this is not dealt with, you can expect sales to drop. For me, this is huge. I want this product to succeed and flood the market. I want to see you guys succeed! So I hope, when my luck dries up with these faulty plastic couplers, I can at least order new coupler sets to keep this working.

    I bought a year worth of filters with my initial order of the full kit about 6 moths ago
    2 of the filters sent were not good and I had to discard them , they became black as soon I fitted them on the device, the water filtered from those filters was black too and tasted dangerously foul. That was nothing to do with the water because it happened immediately, both filters were off perhaps shelves date?? I was not expecting that.

    Flo Pure Product / Not working ???…

    I place the flow pure product on the kitchen tap and the water is still full of chlorine. Not palatable. Awful taste. Cannot drink the tap water. So I buy loads of plastic bottled water and drink that. So I am now drinking Plastic water. Not good for health and neither is chlorine. Suffer from extreme depression and tried to get the purest form of water coming through the tap. But the filter is not doing its job. Very disappointed. I wonder is there anyone to check it for me to see if I did not put it on correctly. I would love to hear from someone who could fix the problem so I can drink the TAP WATER.     Customer Service, took a while to get back to me.

    Upon reading reviews for the FlowPure water filter and their 30-day money back guarantee I paid for one to be delivered. Firstly, there was confusion about the delivery dates and times. However, after sending an email to them, they mentioned that it's now UK based and therefore will take up to 2 weeks. Secondly, upon receiving the water filter I tired connecting to my tap and it did not fit. So I emailed them to process a refund and return. NO ONE has gotten back to me, I've sent them numerous emails, and now I've gone past the 30 days! This is not what I was expecting, customer service is shambolic!

    [Update] 14/01/2025 - Since writing this review, I've received a full refund, and they sent me the correct connectors for me to trial the product.
    Having done some water hardness tests I could not see the difference in the levels of water hardness, along with no much difference in the taste. So I'll not using the product, but have changed the rating to reflect the excellent customer Service I received since submitting the review.
